Operations Manager

Operations Team Members are responsible for the setup, execution, and breakdown of events within the Events & Venues division. This role ensures that events run smoothly and meet client expectations.

Job Location: In Person - Auburn, AL

Key Responsibilities

Event Setup and Breakdown:

• Assist with the physical setup of events, including equipment, seating, and décor.
• Ensure all materials and equipment are properly stored after events.

Event Execution:

• Support event activities, including coordination with vendors and staff.
• Address any on-site issues promptly and effectively.

Logistics:

• Manage inventory and logistics related to event equipment.
• Coordinate transportation and delivery of materials.

Customer Service:

• Interact with clients and guests professionally.
• Ensure a high level of satisfaction throughout the event.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
• Experience in event operations or hospitality preferred.
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
