Operations Team Members are responsible for the setup, execution, and breakdown of events within the Events & Venues division. This role ensures that events run smoothly and meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
Event Setup and Breakdown:
- Assist with the physical setup of events, including equipment, seating, and décor.
- Ensure all materials and equipment are properly stored after events.
Event Execution:
- Support event activities, including coordination with vendors and staff.
- Address any on-site issues promptly and effectively.
Logistics:
- Manage inventory and logistics related to event equipment.
- Coordinate transportation and delivery of materials.
Customer Service:
- Interact with clients and guests professionally.
- Ensure a high level of satisfaction throughout the event.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
- Experience in event operations or hospitality preferred.
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
