Position Summary
The Part-Time Maintenance Technician is responsible for assisting in the upkeep and appearance of the condominium community. This position performs light maintenance repairs, painting, janitorial duties, work order completion, and routine property inspections to help ensure the community remains clean, safe, and well-maintained.
Preferred Skills
- Painting and drywall repair experience.
- Janitorial or custodial experience.
- Familiarity with condominium or HOA maintenance operations.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and maintain a high standard of workmanship.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in apartment, condominium, or commercial building maintenance preferred.
- Experience with painting and general handyman repairs.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and building maintenance.
- Ability to operate common hand and power tools safely.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
Schedule
- 16 hours per week
- Work Schedule: Fridays and Saturdays only, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
