Early Childhood Teacher (Ages 3–4) for Nature-Based Preschool
We are a creative, nature-based preschool seeking a kind, engaging, and experienced teacher with strong leadership skills to guide a class of 3–4-year-old children. Our program emphasizes mindful learning and connection to nature, offering daily yoga, Spanish, gardening, and a peaceful indoor and outdoor learning environment.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of classroom experience in Early Childhood Education
- Strong knowledge of peaceful/positive discipline practices
- Creative, kind, patient, and enthusiastic about working with young children
- Excellent communication skills with children, parents, and colleagues
- Positive attitude and ability to collaborate effectively
- Passion for nature-based and environmental education preferred
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Education degree or interest in pursuing an early childhood education certificate preferred
Responsibilities
- Facilitate engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences
- Support individualized instruction and interactive learning
- Provide personal care and emotional support to children
- Maintain a tidy, organized, and peaceful classroom environment
- Implement both indoor and outdoor educational activities
- Collaborate with fellow teachers, parents, and stakeholders
- Participate in staff meetings, ongoing communication, and trainings
- Continue professional development and skill enrichment
- Model Grace and Courtesy at all times
Skills
- Proven experience as an Early Childhood or ECE support teacher
- Knowledge of best teaching practices and educational guidelines
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
