Role Description The Irrigation Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Santa Rosa, CA. This role is responsible for installing, inspecting, and repairing irrigation systems for residential and commercial properties, ensuring efficient water distribution and system performance. Day-to-day tasks include reading and interpreting plans, trenching and laying pipe, setting valves, controllers, and sprinkler heads, and performing system start-ups, shut-downs, and seasonal adjustments. The Irrigation Technician will diagnose and troubleshoot issues such as leaks, electrical faults, and coverage problems, and coordinate with the landscaping team to support overall landscape maintenance. The role also involves communicating with supervisors, team members, and occasionally clients to provide updates on work status and ensure safety and quality standards are met on every project.
