What are the responsibilities and job description for the Landscape/Hardscape Laborers position at Green Value Landscape + Design?
We are a small residential landscape design build business working mostly in Frederick and Montgomery Counties looking for people to grow with us.
Hardscaping, Planting, Seasonal clean-ups, Pruning, Weeding, Mulching (no mowing)
Starting pay $19/hr -$22/hr , opportunity for advancement
Seasonal position, March --December, Full time, M-F or part-time if you can work full days
Requirements:
Able to perform manual labor such as lifting, planting shrubs and trees, edging, raking, running power equip., pushing wheelbarrows etc.
Able to lift 60 lbs
Able to stand or kneel 8 hrs/ day
Able to work in a team of 3 or more
Have consistent transportation (not at a mass transit stop)
Work in all weather
Eligible to work in the US
Over the age of 18
Willing to learn landscape processes
Dependable
Able to pass a random drug tests and DOT physical
Preferred:
Valid driver's license with clean record
Experienced
Bilingual
ICPI certification
Plant knowledge
