About the Role
As a Veterinary Assistant, you will be part of a collaborative medical team providing compassionate, high-quality care. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting veterinarians and technicians during exams and procedures
- Patient handling, restraint, and comfort
- Preparing rooms, equipment, and supplies
- Client communication and education
- Cleaning, stocking, and hospital upkeep
- Supporting workflow and helping maintain a smooth day-to-day operation
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a veterinary setting needed
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Comfort handling cats, dogs, and small exotic pets (willing to train for exotics)
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys learning new skills
