We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team in a skilled nursing facility. The RN Supervisor is responsible for overseeing nursing staff, ensuring high-quality resident care, and maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards during assigned shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs) on assigned shift
- Ensure delivery of quality resident care in accordance with care plans and facility policies
- Administer medications and treatments as needed
- Respond to changes in resident condition and communicate with physicians and families
- Complete and review documentation for accuracy and compliance
- Participate in staff education, coaching, and performance management
- Ensure compliance with Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and state regulations
- Assist with admissions, discharges, and care coordination
Qualifications:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania
- Previous experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred
- Supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
