NOW HIRING
POOL SERVICE TECHNICIAN
Full-Time | Route-Based | Yuma, AZ | 55 Years in Business
“The job’s only complete when we’ve delivered more than expected.”
Let’s be straight with you.
This is a physically demanding job. You’ll be working outside in the Yuma heat, driving a route, hauling equipment, and keeping pools in top condition — day in, day out. It takes grit, consistency, and a person who takes pride in doing things right even when nobody’s watching.
What makes it worth it? You’ll be backed by one of the most tight-knit, hardworking, and genuinely fun teams in Yuma. We work hard together and we look out for each other. When you earn your place on this crew, you’ll know it means something.
ABOUT GREEN VALLEY

We’re customer-first, integrity-driven, and proud of the relationships we’ve built with our residential and commercial clients across the valley. We invest in our people — hard work and reliability are recognized and rewarded with real advancement opportunities.
WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Vacuum, brush, skim, and net pools to maintain top-condition water quality
- Test water chemistry and balance chemicals correctly and safely
- Clean filters and perform backwashing procedures
- Document service activities and pool conditions accurately after every stop
- Communicate proactively with customers about pool conditions or recommended service actions
- Represent Green Valley’s standards for safety, cleanliness, and professionalism at every property
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
We can train the right person on pool chemistry. What we can’t train is character. Here’s what matters most to us:
- Dependability — You show up on time, complete your route, and own your work every day. No exceptions.
- Reliability — Your team and your customers count on you. That trust is earned and maintained daily.
- Quick Learner — You adapt to new tools, techniques, and procedures without needing to be told twice.
- Growth-Oriented — You want a career path, not just a paycheck.
- Team Player — You communicate openly and help the whole operation run smoothly.
- Customer-Focused — Every pool belongs to someone who trusts us with it. You treat it that way.
REQUIREMENTS
