Position Summary:

Green Valley Manufacturing is seeking a creative, detail-oriented Marketing & Graphic Design Coordinator to support our Sales and Engineering teams in promoting our products, capabilities, and brand. This position plays a vital role in developing both print and digital marketing materials that effectively communicate our value to customers across a range of industries.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, creating, and managing marketing content—including brochures, technical product sheets, presentations, digital ads, email campaigns, signage, and video assets. You will also maintain and enhance our website and social media presence, ensuring a consistent and professional brand voice across all platforms.

In addition to day-to-day marketing responsibilities, this position plays a key role in planning, organizing, and executing trade shows and industry events. This includes booth layout and graphic design, promotional material creation, logistics coordination, and post-show follow-up support.

Salary starting at $40,000 annually; final offer will be based on qualifications and experience


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Sales and Engineering to create compelling marketing content that highlights product features, capabilities, and applications
  • Design and produce brochures, flyers, trade show graphics, signage, banners, and other print collateral
  • Capture and edit photo and video content documenting product development from concept through completion
  • Create and edit videos for product demonstrations, training, and marketing purposes; post completed videos to YouTube and maintain the digital product catalog
  • Manage and update the company website (WordPress), including layout changes, SEO improvements, and content additions
  • Develop, schedule, and post engaging content on social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube
  • Ensure brand consistency and visual alignment across all external communications
  • Coordinate all aspects of trade show participation, including booth design, promotional materials, shipping logistics, and event follow-up
  • Assist in the creation of sales presentations and customer-facing proposals
  • Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics
  • Support process improvements related to document management, marketing workflows, and content organization
  • Maintain organized storage of media files, templates, and marketing assets





Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education & Experience:
  • Associate’s degree or certificate in Graphic Design, Multimedia Technology, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • 2–3 years of professional experience in graphic design, marketing, or multimedia content creation
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro)
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with WordPress CMS; familiarity with CSS and HTML is a plus
  • Knowledge of social media platforms, email marketing tools, and basic SEO principles
  • Google Analytics experience is a plus
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment and professional camera/video gear

  • Physical & Environmental Requirements:
  • Primarily office-based with occasional shop floor presence and trade show travel
  • Must be able to sit for extended periods and occasionally stand, walk, reach, kneel, or crouch
  • Regular use of hands to operate computers, tools, or cameras
  • Must be able to lift and move up to 25 lbs occasionally
  • Work involves both independent tasks and collaborative efforts with Sales, Engineering, and external stakeholders

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary range: $40,000 , based on experience and qualifications
