Kingston Landscaping company seeks office assistant for all aspects of daily office operations, including:
Answering phones
Setting appointments
Accounts receivable
Accounts payable
Preparing proposals
Dispatch crew members
Filing permits
We are seeking motivated and detailed oriented individuals, and is willing to train the right person. Knowledge of QuickBooks online. Google calendar, Microsoft office, Outlook and word experience may be necessary.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
