Green Street School is seeking dynamic, effective team members to join our Supportive Teams for Educational Progress (STEP) team. Candidates for this position will be responsible for following positive behavior support plans, written by a BCBA, to support students behaviorally, socially, and emotionally, as well as provide some academic support in classroom settings when needed. Applicants with a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential, highly preferred.
Candidates should have the ability to support behavioral and social skill development in a general education environment, and strong communication, problem-solving solving and collaborative skills. Previous experience with Applied Behavior Analysis in a school or home setting is highly preferred. The STEP Paraeducator position is placed on Wage grade 4 (range $19.96-$27.81), 191 days per year for 6.67 hours per day.
