Green Street School is seeking a Long-Term Substitute Kindergarten Teacher to join our supportive and collaborative K–6 school community beginning August 20, 2026.

This is a great opportunity for an educator who enjoys working with young learners and wants to be part of a team that values strong relationships, collaboration, and engaging instruction.

In this role, you will:

Teach whole-class math and phonics instruction

Lead small-group learning and interventions

Support students’ social-emotional development

Work closely with a team of experienced teachers and support staff

Create a classroom environment where all learners feel valued and supported

Located near downtown Brattleboro, Green Street School is part of the Windham Southeast School District(WSESD)/Windham Southeast Supervisory Union (WSESU). Qualifications: Vermont teaching license or eligibility for licensure required
