ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a full-time, field-based position for an experienced CDL Driver ready to do meaningful work out of our Franklin, MA location. You’ll be in the field every day operating heavy equipment critical to environmental remediation and waste management operations alongside a skilled crew. Hands-on, impactful work — no two days are alike.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Operate Class A/B trucks including vacuum and vactor units
- Perform environmental field work safely and efficiently
- Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Follow all DOT, safety, and environmental regulations
- Collaborate with crew members on job sites
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation
- Respond to after-hours emergency operations as part of a rotating on-call team (1 week in 4)
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Valid Class A or Class B CDL in good standing
- Clean driving record
- Hazmat and Tanker endorsements preferred. We are willing to invest in getting the right candidate fully certified
- OSHA 40-Hour HAZWOPER certification preferred; must be willing to complete training if not already certified
- Experience with vacuum trucks preferred; not required — we’ll train the right person
- Willingness to work in varied field conditions
- Strong work ethic and team-first attitude
- Rotating on-call availability — once every four weeks, with advance notice
