Bilingual Sales Representative – Specialist in Insulation (Hollywood)

Job Overview
Green Service Insulation is looking for a Bilingual Sales Representative (English/Spanish) with experience in insulation or construction, who will be responsible for visiting company-provided leads, inspecting attics, and providing professional estimates to clients. This is a commission-only position for a motivated individual with strong closing skills.

Responsibilities
-Visit company-provided leads at residential and commercial properties.
-Perform on-site attic inspections and evaluate insulation needs.
-Explain insulation options, processes, and benefits clearly to clients.
-Provide accurate estimates and close sales during or after the visit.
-Take required photos and measurements during inspections (including rebate-required photos when applicable).
-Submit estimates, notes, photos, and paperwork by the end of each day.
-Coordinate with the office to schedule approved jobs.

Requirements
-Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
-Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (required).
-Experience in insulation, construction, or home improvement sales.
-Comfortable working in attics and job-site environments.
-Strong communication, organization, and closing skills.
-Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
