GreenSeed is a locally owned erosion control company specializing in silt fence installation, sod, and seeding services. We take pride in delivering high-quality work, maintaining safety, and creating a strong team environment.
We’re currently hiring Laborers to join our Sod Crews - with opportunities for growth into equipment operator or crew leader roles.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with installation of sod on construction sites.
- Load and unload materials and tools daily.
- Operate or assist with light equipment (training provided).
- Maintain clean and safe work areas.
- Follow instructions from crew leaders and supervisors.
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
- Experience in erosion control, landscaping, or construction preferred but not required — we’re willing to train the right person.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor outdoors.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic are a must.
- Spanish-speaking ability is a plus.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
