ROLE: Retail Experience Guide (Budtender)

What You’ll Do

• Create a warm, memorable experience for every guest

• Guide clients through product selection with confidence

• Maintain a clean, beautiful, organized store

• Learn our terpene-based menu system and product families

• Collaborate with your team to exceed customer expectations

• Execute daily operational tasks with precision

• Represent Green Room’s culture, values, and excellence standards

• Assist with in-store content, displays, and brand activations (optional but encouraged)

What Success Looks Like (30/60/90 Days)

30 Days:

• You understand our menu, systems, and service philosophy

• Clients consistently compliment your energy and helpfulness

60 Days:

• You can confidently recommend products based on terpene profiles, effects, and flavor families

• You’re hitting key performance metrics (transaction accuracy, customer reviews, AOV)

90 Days:

• You’re a trusted, high-value member of the store team

• Clients return specifically because of YOU

• You show leadership potential in your sections of the store

• Oregon Marijuana Worker Permit (or ability to obtain)

• Cannabis knowledge is a plus — but we train for mastery

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
