This key seat requires a get-it-done mindset and a desire to excel. We are seeking a full-time Marketing Coordinator focused on these roles and responsibilities to support our clients and our team:
Marketing Support
- Manage content calendars, schedule posts, blogs, and emails, and track status through publication.
- Update marketing assets, including proofreading, formatting, and image edits in Canva, as well as WordPress (website) updates.
- Support webinars and campaigns by managing landing pages, registration lists, panelist logistics, and post-event follow-up.
- Post blog and event content to LinkedIn with oversight from marketing and compliance leadership.
- Conduct preliminary research for events, interviews, and brand opportunities.
Sales and Growth Support
- Contribute to CRM data integrity by ensuring accurate tags and tracking.
- Ensure service-level agreements are met for referrals and COI relationships.
- Pull and distribute reports from CRM system while organizing the CEO's opportunities.
- Support event execution by coordinating invitations, reminders, confirmations, and partner co-marketing tasks.
- Attend client and firm events before and after work hours, as needed.
Qualifications:
- College degree, preferably in a related field.
- 2 years of experience preferred.
- Task-oriented with excellent time management.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Strong writing skills and ability to proofread content.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, project management tools such as Monday, and basic marketing tools such as Klaviyo, Canva, and WordPress.
- Tech savvy, including proficiency with Zoom, Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, WordPress, Google Workspace.
- Maintain confidentiality of business and personal matters at all times.
- Available to work full-time in office between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm.
