What are the responsibilities and job description for the Outside Sales Representative position at Green Planet 21?
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of outside sales experience
- Proven track record of cold prospecting and closing new business
- Comfort and confidence with door-to-door selling
- Strong skills with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach tools, and phone prospecting
- Self-motivated with the discipline to manage your own schedule and territory
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation
- Familiarity with the Modesto/Central Valley business community is a plus, especially experience in copacking, commercial printing, or packaging manufacturing
- Familiarity with MEDDPICC or MEDDICC
- Familiarity with Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms for managing customer relationships
