Sign Holder / Brand Promoter – Green Pharm Camden

Position Summary
Green Pharm is seeking dependable and professional individuals to serve as Outdoor Sign Holders to help promote our business in high-visibility areas. This role is essential in driving customer awareness and increasing store traffic through consistent brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Hold and display promotional signage in designated outdoor areas
- Maintain visibility by standing, waving, or lightly moving with the sign
- Demonstrate professionalism and a positive attitude at all times
- Follow placement instructions and comply with safety guidelines
- Represent the Green Pharm brand with integrity
- Remain attentive and engaged for the duration of the scheduled shift
Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Strong work ethic and positive demeanor
Schedule & Compensation
- $13 per hour
- 9:00am – 5:00pm
- Shifts available 7 days per week
- Consistent hours available
