Core Responsibilities
- Lead and develop multi-disciplinary IP operations and docketing staff
- Oversee domestic and international IP prosecution workflows
- Establish and maintain efficient, compliant operational processes
- Partner with attorneys and internal stakeholders on IP support needs
- Manage intake, matter setup, and records oversight
- Support complex or high-priority IP initiatives as needed
- 8 years in intellectual property administration or prosecution support
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing professional IP operations teams
- Experience with IP docketing systems and electronic filing tools
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
