This person will help design and maintain a reliable network, solve complex issues, and take ownership of projects from planning through implementation.What You’ll DoDesign, install, and support enterprise routing, switching, and security solutionsAssist with network architecture updates, capacity planning, and overall infrastructure directionTroubleshoot connectivity and performance issues across WAN, LAN, wireless, and voice/collaboration systemsSupport network-related projects and recommend practical improvements to stability and performanceCreate and update documentation, standards, and network diagramsWork with vendors and internal teams to ensure technical requirements are metContribute to disaster recovery planning and general infrastructure resiliencePerform routine and emergency maintenance on network equipmentParticipate in an on-call rotation to support critical operations across multiple locationsWhat We’re Looking For5 years of hands-on network engineering experience in a multi-site or large enterprise environmentSolid understanding of routing protocols, QoS, WAN technologies, and overall network designExperience with modern enterprise networking platforms (SD-WAN, access control, segmentation, etc.)Familiarity with next-generation firewalls and cloud networking is helpfulComfortable breaking down complex problems and offering workable solutionsAble to communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical groupsStrong documentation habits and attention to detailRelevant networking certifications are preferred but not requiredWho Does Well in This RoleEngineers who like organized environments but still appreciate flexibilityPeople who focus on accuracy and long-term reliabilityIndividuals who work well in a fast-moving, collaborative settingCompensation This position offers a salary range of $130,000 to $140,000, depending on experience, certifications, and location.
