Responsibilities:
Provide direct care to residents and patients, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Help residents and patients with mobility and transfers, including use of assistive devices
Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
Assist with medication administration and documentation
Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident and patient care
Collaborate with RNs and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
Promote a positive and respectful environment for residents, patients, and staff
Requirements:
Current CNA certification (Ohio State Board of Nursing required)
Minimum 0 years of experience, with a willingness to learn and grow with our team
Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
