What are the responsibilities and job description for the Kitchen Prep/ Dishwasher position at Green Oaks Country Club?
Green Oaks Country Club is a casual and friendly atmosphere offering a premier golf and social experience just minutes from the heart of the Pittsburgh metro area. An important component to the experience of our members and guests is a high-quality dining service. A core member of the dining team is the prep/dish person. We are looking for a team member with a positive attitude that can join us and help with kitchen prep and complete the duties of a dishwasher. An ideal candidate has good hygiene and some basic knife skills. Will need help with setting up some larger events and dishwashing as needed. Most busy times are weekends so will need weekend availability to be considered. Pay is based upon experience and work performance.
Responsibilities:
- Collect all dishes, cutlery, and glasses
- Ensure all dishes, cutlery, and glasses are properly sanitized before further use
- Clean kitchen tools and appliances properly before use
- Assemble food for patrons
- Prepare takeout packages
- Clean kitchen floors, storage areas, and take out the trash
- Keep cupboards and storage area clean and organized

- Lift up to 25 lbs. regularly; up to 50 lbs. occasionally and to lift overhead and push/pull, move lighter objects.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
