What are the responsibilities and job description for the Kennel Assistant position at Green Mountain Veterinary Hospital?
Job Summary
Looking for someone to work 3 - 10 hour days a week. Must be able to work weekends as need. Your time will be working with all aspects of animal care including walking, feeding, bathing and providing lots of TLC! Cleaning and maintaining kennels, cages, floors, dishes, surgery instruments, running errands, restocking, and assisting veterinarians and veterinary technicians as needed. Admitting and discharging pets for boarding and interacting with clients and collecting pertinent information for their pets' stay.

Qualifications and Skills
Experience working with animals in a veterinary hospital or kennel setting desired, but not required.'
