Green Mountain Tech is seeking a collaborative and innovative Math Specialist for the 2026-2027 school year. Desired skills and responsibilities of the Math Specialist include the following:
Collaborative design and implementation of school-wide strategies for integrating math concepts across Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs.
Collaboration and coaching with program instructors on the teaching and assessment of applied math skills and concepts.
Development of authentic, real-world learning experiences connected to technical programs and workforce readiness.
Coordination and administration of ACT WorkKeys assessments.
Analysis and use of student performance data to guide instruction and intervention.
Direct student instruction and academic support.
Qualified candidates will also demonstrate the ability to build strong and supportive relationships with students and the capacity to create positive and inclusive cultures and learning environments for all learners.
