Master’s Level Clinician / Therapist (Outpatient Behavioral Health)

Salary: $60,000 – $75,000 per year
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Master’s Level Clinician/Therapist to join our outpatient behavioral health team in Vermont. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who is passionate about providing high-quality mental health and substance use treatment in a collaborative, client-centered environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain an active caseload of clients and provide ongoing clinical care
- Conduct individual (one-on-one) therapy sessions using evidence-based practices
- Facilitate daily group therapy sessions (psychoeducation, process groups, skills-based groups)
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation (assessments, treatment plans, progress notes)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to coordinate care
- Participate in case conferences, supervision, and team meetings
- Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and organizational regulations
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
- License-eligible or actively working toward licensure in Vermont (e.g., LCMHC, LICSW, LADC preferred)
- Experience in mental health and/or substance use disorder treatment preferred
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and clinical skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
