Green Mountain Endodontics is seeking a dental assistant/sterilization technician to join our Burlington, VT practice with dedicated off street parking.
Job duties will include:
- Turning over rooms
- Sterilizing instruments, and
- Assisting the doctor chairside.
No Experience Required. While experience is preferred, we are willing to train the right candidate that has an excellent work ethic.
We work Monday-Thursday, with the occasional Friday. No evenings, weekends, or holidays.

Green Mountain Endodontics is a single-doctor endodontic specialty practice in Burlington, VT. Our team is small and our schedule is predictable. We are looking for a reliable, motivated individual to join us chairside and in the sterilization area.
Job Duties Include:
- Assisting the doctor chairside during endodontic procedures
- Turning over and setting up treatment rooms
- Sterilizing and organizing instruments
- Maintaining the sterilization area
- Taking digital X-rays
Experience:
No experience required. Prior dental assisting experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with an excellent work ethic.
X-Ray Certification:
Preferred. Candidates without certification must be willing to obtain it.
Attendance:
This is a small practice where every team member's presence directly impacts patient care. Reliable, consistent attendance is essential.
Schedule:
Monday–Thursday, with occasional Fridays. No evenings, no weekends, no holidays. This is a predictable schedule with a stable team.
