Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and completion of residential construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate project activities across multiple teams including subcontractors, suppliers, architects, and clients to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
- Utilize construction management software Buildertrend for project scheduling, cost estimation, and resource allocation.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, contracts, and technical drawings to guide project development accurately.
- Oversee site operations ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards; conduct regular site inspections and audits.
Qualifications
Residential Remodeling Expertise: Minimum 3 years in high-end residential remodeling project management, with a preference for custom, detailed projects.
Client & Team Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to consistently deliver high level customer service.
Digital Project Management: Proficient in construction management software (e.g. Buildertrend) to maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
Tech Savvy: Strong command of computers and mobile construction apps.
Independent & Collaborative: Proven ability to take initiative on-site while fostering team collaboration.
Complex Problem-Solving: Adept at identifying on-site challenges and implementing proactive solutions to keep projects on schedule and budget.
Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
