Job Overview
Green Mountain Sprouts is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Hybrid-Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and individuals with developmental disabilities. In this role, you will provide comprehensive behavioral assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions that promote positive growth and independence. This position offers a flexible hybrid schedule, combining in-office and remote work to support optimal service delivery. The ideal candidate is passionate about applying applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles, working collaboratively with families and caregivers, and ensuring the highest standards of patient care. Your expertise will help foster meaningful progress for individuals with autism and other disabilities while maintaining compliance with HIPAA and medical documentation standards.
Duties
- Conduct thorough behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs and strengths
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on ABA principles
- Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously to track client progress and inform treatment adjustments
- Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive care
- Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and support staff in delivering effective interventions
- Maintain accurate medical records, patient assessments, intake documentation, and treatment notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in behavioral health
Skills
- Extensive knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and applied behavior analysis (ABA) methods
- Proven experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
- Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and reporting to measure intervention effectiveness
- Ability to perform patient assessments, conduct intake evaluations, and develop tailored treatment plans
- Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and HIPAA compliance standards
- Excellent communication skills for working effectively with clients, families, educators, and healthcare professionals
- Demonstrated patience, empathy, and commitment to patient care in a fast-paced environment
