Green Mop Cleaning Services is hiring an experienced part-time/full-time cleaner.

We are looking for someone who knows how to clean professionally, takes pride in high-quality work, and can help lead a small team in residential cleanings.

Must-Have Requirements

You must:

• Have professional cleaning experience.
• Have morning availability.
• Have a valid driver’s license.
• Have a reliable personal vehicle.
• Be able to drive between job locations during the workday.
• Be able to pass a background check.
• Be able to speak and understand enough English to communicate with clients, read job notes, follow cleaning instructions, and work safely with the team.
• Be dependable, punctual, and ready to work.
• Be comfortable following systems, checklists, and company standards.
• Be able to work solo or lead another cleaner when needed.

What You’ll Do

• Clean residential homes.
• Work solo or with another cleaner.
• Lead a small cleaning team when assigned.
• Help make sure each job is completed according to company standards.
• Read and follow client notes, checklists, and job instructions.
• Perform quality checks before leaving each home.
• Communicate with the office if there are issues, questions, or client requests.
• Use eco-friendly products and professional cleaning systems.
• Help train or guide newer cleaners when needed.
• Drive between job locations during the workday.

Experience Required

Professional cleaning experience is required for this position.

We will still train you on our products, systems, checklists, and company standards, but this is not an entry-level position.

We are looking for someone who already understands the basics of professional cleaning and is ready to help us maintain a high level of quality.

Schedule

• Part-time position with the possibility of becoming full-time.
• Morning availability required.
• Specific days may vary based on your availability and our schedule.
• Residential cleanings in Massachusetts.
