What are the responsibilities and job description for the Line Cook position at Green Mill Restaurant & Bar?
Delight guests by providing quality and timely prepared meals from a currated menu specific to Green Mill. We are looking for individuals who thrive in a high stress fast paced environment. Line cooks are responsible for completing orders as they come into the kitchen and working with their teammates to make sure that everyone gets the food they want how they want it. Line cooks are expected to have the ability to multi-task and prepare multiple food items at one time in an accurate and efficient manner. Line cooks work in fast-paced high-stress environments, so please take that into consideration.
Job requirements include but are not limited to:
- Standing for entire shift
- Ability to transport up to 50 pounds
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work in loud places
- Ability to withstand higher temperatures
- Reliabilty
- Ability to work quick and thoroughly
- Ability to work under stress
