Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Quality Control Inspector role based in Tulsa, OK. The Quality Control Inspector is responsible for performing detailed inspections of machined and fabricated metal components using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision instruments. Daily tasks include comparing parts to blueprints, specifications, and work orders; documenting inspection results; and identifying nonconformities or defects. The role involves collaborating with production teams to resolve quality issues, providing feedback on recurring defects, and supporting root-cause analysis and corrective actions. The Quality Control Inspector maintains accurate records, adheres to safety and quality standards, and helps ensure products meet customer and regulatory requirements before shipment.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Quality Control and Inspection, including dimensional checks, visual inspections, and verification against engineering drawings and specifications.
- Experience with Quality Assurance and Quality Management practices, such as documenting nonconformances, supporting corrective actions, and following established quality procedures.
- Strong Communication skills to clearly report findings, collaborate with production and engineering teams, and provide concise feedback on quality issues.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions; familiarity with GD&T is a plus.
- Hands-on experience using precision measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, height gauges, thread gauges) in a manufacturing or metal fabrication environment.
- High attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to accuracy and safety.
- Prior experience in metal fabrication, machining, or a similar industrial setting is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training or certifications in quality or manufacturing are beneficial.
