Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Home Care / Intellectual Disabilities
Location: Bethlehem, PA
Schedule:
• Mondays: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Saturdays: 7:00 PM – 6:00 AM (3 Saturdays per month)
⚠️ Must be available and commit to ALL listed shifts
Green Medical Consulting is seeking a dependable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) in a one-on-one home care setting.
Responsibilities include:
• Providing skilled nursing care in the home
• Supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities
• Medication administration and monitoring
• Documentation per care plan and ODP standards
• Communicating effectively with families and care teams
Requirements (DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT MEET THESE):
• Active Pennsylvania LPN license
• Experience with individuals with intellectual disabilities (REQUIRED)
• Ability to commit to ALL shifts listed
• Reliable, professional, and patient-centered
• Strong communication and documentation skills
