Job Title: Superintendent - Mechanical Construction

Summary: Lead and manage field operations for assigned projects, ensuring safety compliance and project efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Organize and oversee job site activities.

·         Promote and enforce safety policies.

·         Evaluate and interpret construction documents.

·         Generate material takeoffs from drawings.

·         Manage materials, equipment, and company assets.

·         Direct and supervise crews and subcontractors.

·         Monitor field productivity and labor allocation.

·         Coordinate equipment and material deliveries.

·         Maintain necessary certifications and expertise.

·         Provide progress reports and attend coordination meetings.

·         Complete required documentation.

·         Assist Project Manager in budget adherence.

·         Utilize company-issued electronic devices and software.

Required Education and Experience:

·         6 years in commercial or industrial mechanical construction.

·         Prior supervision experience in similar projects.

·         Relevant licenses or certifications in plumbing, HVAC, welding, or related fields.

Supervisory Responsibility: Direct and train subordinate crews for skill development.

Work Environment: Exposed to varying job site conditions.

Position Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday.

Travel: Possible short- and long-term domestic travel.
