What You'll Do:                                                                                                            
As a Foreman, you'll lead and manage mechanical construction activities on job sites under the direction of a Superintendent or Project Manager. You’ll be responsible for overseeing crews, promoting jobsite safety, and ensuring quality work is completed efficiently and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:                                                                                                                                    
• Organize and manage trade activities on mechanical construction job sites.
• Promote and enforce Green Mechanical’s safety policies and procedures.
• Interpret construction documents such as blueprints, equipment schedules, and specifications.
• Generate material takeoffs and manage site materials to maintain productivity.
• Supervise and lead project crews, subcontractors, and support personnel.
• Monitor field productivity and manage allocated labor hours.
• Coordinate equipment and material deliveries.
• Participate in progress and coordination meetings.
• Maintain necessary certifications or licenses applicable to the role.
• Complete and submit required job documentation and progress reports.
• Perform additional tasks as needed to support successful project delivery.

Ideal Qualifications:                                                                                                                                     
• Minimum of four (4) years of experience in commercial or industrial mechanical construction.
• Possession of at least one of the following:
 • Journeyman Plumbing License in the state of Kentucky
 • Journeyman HVAC License in the state of Kentucky
• Experience supervising mechanical construction projects (preferred).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans.
• Mechanical expertise and familiarity with industry best practices.
• Dependable, adaptable, and team-oriented.
• Strong planning and material management skills.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.
