Inventory Associate - Cannabis

Job Summary

Inventory Technician is responsible for pulling all dispensary / retail requested product from inventory to fill each product request and provide to Guest Services Associates.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct product counts inside the Inventory Vault and on retail floor to ensure and predict inventory requirements;
• Interface with Packaging and Quality Control regarding product type and inventory amount;
• Process product returns back to Packaging for finished product issues;
• Perform product wrapping and sealing of all boxed / cased product for labeling;
• Perform product conversions into seed to sale software system for product accountability;
• Problem solve all product inventory issues, i.e.; shortages, conversion product loss, product documentation completion, product re-work, etc;
• Segregate finished product by product type, product number and product strain;
• Store all finished product onto inventory racks for on-hand inventory;
• Assists other areas as needed or assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications

Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Education: N/A

Minimum Experience:

• 1 years of backend inventory management or warehouse experience.
• Comfortable working with software inventory systems.
• Ability to learn and understand cannabinoids and the natural function of the endocannabinoid system in the human body.

Preferred Experience:

• Ideal candidate will have at least 1 years of working in a cannabis retail capacity and have knowledge of different cannabis strains.
• Some experience with inventory control recommended.

Physical

• Regularly required to perform grasping, talking, hearing, seeing and repetitive motions. Must be able to lift, carry and balance up to 30 pounds (100 pounds with assistance), may include sitting or standing for extended periods of time, as well as stooping, bending over and/or crouching.

Hours & Conditions

• Must be available to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Adapt schedule to work alongside the changing demands of the Facility. On a regular and recurring basis, the employee must alternate between contaminated/dirty environments to clean. Strong odors may be encountered. Work is generally conducted in heated and air-conditioned areas.

Other

• Authorization to work in the United States, or the ability to obtain the same.
• Must obtain a State Agent Card.
• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
• Must be and remain compliant with any and all legal or company regulations for working in the industry.
• Must be able to pass all required background checks

Pay: $18.50 - $22.00 per hour
