A Green Meadow Lawn Care Specialist is skilled in the areas of providing excellent customer service to our customers, maintaining safe and efficient route driving, has a strong work ethic, and wants to learn from the best in the industry. We will partner you with an experienced Training Specialist who will give you top notch excellent training.

What You’ll Do:

• Learn to Operate a Z-Plug Core Aerator: perform Aeration and our featured 3X Core Aeration & BlueSeed service.
• Diagnose & treat insects, weeds, and fungus: become the Sherlock Holmes of lawn pests.
• Treat lawns with granular and liquid products using an assigned Z-Spray and All-Enclosed truck: Drive cool equipment and make grass green – what's not to love?

• Clean driving record: we love fast cars, but only on the racetrack.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Work with and maintain Z-plug and Z-spray ride-on equipment.
• Fertilization, weed control, fungicide, insecticide, etc. application.
• Provide ID and recommendations for property conditions
• Maintain working condition & cleanliness of truck and equipment
• Continued development of job knowledge
• Problem Solving

In-House Support:

• Office staff makes all the call aheads: we handle the calls, you handle the lawns.
• Fork lift for loading trucks: because heavy lifting should be done by machines.
• Routing with GPS
• 2 Full-Time In-House Office Specialists that are Amazing!: Seriously, they’re the best.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
