We are a locally owned, professional cleaning company in Johnson City TN. We have been cleaning homes in the Tri-Cities since 2013 which makes us one of the longest-running home cleaning companies in the area. At Green Meadow Cleaning, we don't just clean homes- we create opportunities for people to grow, succeed, and build a better life, while giving our clients more time and peace of mind.

No experience needed. We'll train you on our systems from day one. What we can't train is integrity, so if you're someone who shows up, does what you say you'll do, and genuinely cares about doing great work, you already have what it takes.

Real talk about the work: no two days look exactly alike. You will move between different homes, and the day can shift depending on what a client needs. It's physical: you're on your feet, bending, kneeling, carrying supplies, and driving between homes all day. If you can stay upbeat when plans change and hold a high standard every time, you'll fit right in here.

Pay & Earnings

We reward hard work and our technicians average $17/hour, with top performers averaging $25/hour or more, plus tips and bonuses. We also pay a fuel stipend,

Full-Time Position

This is a full-time, W-2 employee position, not a 1099 contractor role. We don't offer part-time positions at this time, and you will need to be available Monday through Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm.

Where You'll Work

You should live within about 30 minutes of Johnson City, TN. We service clients Johnson City, Kingsport, Bristol and the surrounding areas. Please only apply if you're local, we won't be able to bring you on otherwise.

What You'll Do

You'll complete professional home cleanings using our checklists and systems-kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living spaces, the works. Feel free to throw in your headphones and listen to music, a podcast, or an audiobook while you work. You'll stay moving all day, so it's a great fit if you like to stay active.

What We Need From You

• Valid driver's license & reliable transportation
• Comfortable bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 20 lbs
• Comfortable working around clients' pets
• Willing to follow our systems and take coaching
