Technical Manual Writer (Robotics, Vision & Industrial Systems)
We are looking for an experienced technical writer to develop clear, accurate manuals for robotic and automated recycling systems. This role focuses on translating complex systems including machine vision and safety protocols into practical, easy-to-follow documentation.
Responsibilities:
· Create operation, maintenance, and safety manuals for robotic and recycling equipment
· Document machine vision systems, workflows, and troubleshooting steps
· Collaborate with engineers and technicians to gather technical details
· Produce clear step-by-step instructions, diagrams, and warnings
Qualifications:
· Proven experience writing technical documentation for industrial or automated systems or related experience
· Familiarity with robotics, machine vision, or recycling/processing equipment
· Strong ability to simplify complex technical concepts
· High attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred:
· Background in engineering, automation, or a related field
· Familiar with safety standards (e.g., OSHA or similar)
· Ability to work with diagrams and schematics
Project Type: 90 to 120 days
