- Must be insurable to drive company vehicles
- Experience driving a truck and trailer
- Dependable, responsible, and punctual
- Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and positive attitude
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a lawn maintenance crew
- Safely drive a truck and trailer to job sites
- Operate commercial mowing and lawn equipment
- Ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to company standards
- Communicate with management and customers professionally
- Help train crew members and maintain equipment
