Role Description
We're looking for People People! Green Light Wireless is growing, and we need Ambassadors to help us spread the word block by block, event by event, neighbor by neighbor. This is a part-time, flexible gig for people who genuinely like talking to people and actually want to help their community get better Internet.
What you’d be doing: Tabling at local events, handing out materials in targeted neighborhoods, answering questions, and connecting Pittsburghers to an Internet option that works: no contracts or complicated packages required.
This is a part-time on-site role in Pittsburgh, PA for a Brand Ambassador. The Brand Ambassador will represent and promote Green Light Wireless to increase brand awareness and customer engagement. Day-to-day responsibilities include neighborhood canvassing, interacting with potential and current customers, providing information about services, participating in events, distributing marketing materials, and gathering customer feedback.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities
- Motivated, approachable, and team-oriented personality
- Ability to work on-site as required in Pittsburgh, PA
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer relationship roles is a plus
