Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Driving Instructor to join our team at any of our three locations in Ware, Sturbridge, or Spencer. The ideal candidate will have a passion for educating and guiding students through the process of becoming safe and competent drivers.
Duties:
- Conduct driving lessons for students of varying skill levels
- Teach traffic laws, safe driving practices, and defensive driving techniques
- Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their driving skills
- Create a supportive and encouraging learning environment
Skills:
- Experience working with students in an educational setting
- Strong ability to effectively communicate and demonstrate driving techniques
- Classroom management skills to maintain a safe and productive learning environment
- Ability to drive and educate simultaneously
