What are the responsibilities and job description for the Box Truck Driver position at Green Light Courier Inc?
Green Light Courier is looking to add a driver to our team
This driver would have a dedicated route on Thursday and Friday nights starting around 10PM in East Syracuse. Driver will load the truck at a warehouse and take it to 3 stops; Cheektowaga, Tonawanda, and Rochester. Route ends back in East Syracuse. This will all be dock to dock transfers of palletized material. No CDL is required, but your driving record will be reviewed. This work will be completed in a company truck. A smart phone is required.
This route pays $300 per trip, only Thursday and Friday are available at the moment, but the hired candidate will be expected to be available as a fill in driver on Monday through Wednesday as needed. There is potential for other work outside of the route, but that will be on an as needed basis as the company grows its foot print.
