What You’ll Do
- Sell vehicles and provide an exceptional customer experience from greeting through delivery
- Match customers with the right vehicle and financing solution (credit union and subprime options available)
- Build rapport and long-term relationships with clients and referral sources
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow up using our CRM
- Work collaboratively with a small team to hit sales goals and support dealership operations
Who We’re Looking For
- Motivated, energetic individuals who want to make a lot of money
- Tough skin and resilience — ability to handle rejection and keep moving forward
- Strong personality and people skills — enthusiasm matters more than experience
- Car sales experience is a plus but not required — self-motivated candidates welcome
