Key Responsibilities
- Own US revenue growth and deliver against annual targets
- Lead and scale BD team to drive performance and execution
- Close $10M–$100M deals across API, drug product, and integrated services
- Build executive relationships across biotech and pharma clients
- Lead deal lifecycle including strategy, positioning, and contract negotiations (MSAs/CDAs)
- Partner cross-functionally to win and deliver client programs
Requirements
- 15 years BD experience within CDMO or CMO.
- Strong background in small molecule / API / drug product
- Proven track record closing $10M deals
- Leadership experience managing commercial teams
- Established US biotech/pharma network
