Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Analytical Chemist / Quality Control Chemist to join our team in Atoka. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting chemical and physical analyses to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance throughout the battery material production process.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
- Operate and maintain analytical instruments including ICP-OES others.
- Develop and validate analytical methods as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of test results, observations, and deviations.
- Ensure laboratory activities comply with GMP, GLP, and internal quality standards.
- Support process troubleshooting and continuous improvement efforts in collaboration with Production and R&D teams.
- Prepare standard operating procedures (SOPs) and technical reports.
- Assist with laboratory audits and corrective actions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) or higher in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or related discipline.
- 1–3 years of laboratory experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment; battery materials or hydrometallurgy experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in handling laboratory instruments and software for data analysis.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
