Responsibilities
- Take inbound refinance application calls generated by company marketing
- Guide borrowers through the complete mortgage consultation process
- Analyze borrower goals and financial profiles
- Pull credit and structure loan solutions
- Present refinance options and confidently ask for the business
- Manage an active pipeline while maintaining strong conversion metrics
- Follow a proven sales process designed to maximize production
- Participate in coaching, training, and performance development programs
Qualifications
- Active Mortgage Loan Originator license
- Recent refinance lending experience
- Proven success working company-provided refinance leads
- Experience pulling credit and converting applications into funded loans
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
Required Skills
- Consumer Direct or Call Center Mortgage experience
- History of averaging 3 funded loans per month
- Strong phone sales and objection-handling skills
- High level of accountability, competitiveness, and coachability
