Responsibilities:
- Accurately disclose Closing Disclosures and Loan Estimates
- Ensure compliance with FHA/FNMA guidelines and Fair Housing regulations
- Perform loan origination tasks efficiently and accurately
- Utilize 10-key typing skills for data entry and processing
- Collaborate with team members to facilitate smooth processes
Skills:
- Proficient in Encompass
- Strong background in CD/LE and Drawing docs
- Mathematical skills for accurate calculations
- Knowledge of disclosure procedures
