Position Title: Set Medic (EMT Certified)
Employment Type: Freelance / Project-Based July 6 - July 25
Location: On-Location & Studio Production in Bethlehem, PA

We are seeking a dependable, safety-focused, and certified EMT to join our production team as a Set Medic for an upcoming television series. The Set Medic is responsible for providing immediate medical care and first aid to cast, crew, and production personnel while helping maintain a safe working environment throughout all stages of production.

The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, highly professional, and experienced working in fast-paced environments. Experience in film, television sets, or large-scale productions is a plus.

• Provide on-site emergency medical care and first aid to cast, and crew as needed.
• Assess injuries and illnesses and determine appropriate treatment or escalation to advanced medical services.
• Coordinate with local EMS, hospitals, and emergency responders when necessary.
• Maintain accurate incident, treatment, and injury reports in accordance with applicable regulations and production policies.
• Monitor production activities and identify potential health and safety concerns.
• Assist production management in implementing safety protocols and emergency response procedures.
• Ensure medical equipment, supplies, and first aid kits are fully stocked and operational. Connection to or ability to have ambulance on set is a huge plus.
• Participate in safety meetings, production briefings, and risk assessments.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding all medical incidents and personnel information.
• Provide support during physically demanding, remote, or high-risk production activities.

• Current EMT certification in good standing.
• Valid CPR and AED certifications.
• Strong knowledge of emergency medical procedures and patient assessment.
• Ability to work long production days, including nights and/or weekends, as required.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain composed and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

• Previous experience as a Set Medic on film, television, commercial, or live event productions.
• Ability to have an ambulance on set.
• Experience working in remote locations, outdoor environments, or action-oriented productions.
• Familiarity with entertainment industry safety practices and production workflows.

• Ability to stand, walk, and remain alert for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry medical equipment and supplies.
• Ability to respond quickly to emergencies across various production locations and terrain.
