As Travelling Superintendent - Northeast, you’ll take senior-level ownership of fast-moving, ground-up commercial projects across the region—driving outcomes that protect schedule, quality, and safety when it matters most. This role exists to keep field execution sharp, teams aligned, and clients confident from mobilization through closeout.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead onsite operations and coordinate subcontractors/trades to hit critical milestones
- Maintain rigorous safety execution and compliance on every site
- Communicate field progress, constraints, and solutions with the project team to keep momentum
Required qualifications:
- 5–10 years of ground-up commercial construction superintendent experience
- OSHA 30
- Willingness to travel throughout NJ, NY, PA, MA, CT, ME and beyond for short and extended assignments
